The Windsor Solar Lamp Fitter is a powerful reliable lighting fixture that can be used on a new lamp post (purchased separately) or to retrofit existing gas or electric lamp posts. It easily attaches to any standard 3-inch lamp post.

Twelve super-bright White 10mm LEDs are in each Windsor lamp, along with a patented cone reflector that intensifies the lamp's light output.

The estimated cost savings (based on US Department of Energy figures) you'll see by retrofitting one electric lamp post with a solar lamp is about $7.50 dollars per month for lamps that run throughout the evening. (The actual savings depends on the cost of electricity in your area and may be higher or lower.)

The Windsor Solar Lamp Fitter automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn (or when the energy stored in the battery is expended).

A bonus of this light is that in addition to a manual on/off switch, it has a switch for either high or low brightness. (Low brightness settings provide more hours of light when days are shorter than nights, such as during the winter) or if you have a spell of extended cloudy weather.

The Windsor Solar lamp posts are made of durable, rust-resistant, powder-coated cast aluminum. Unlike paint, which can chip in only a couple of years, powder-coated finishes are durable and last for years.
