With old-fashioned charm, the 3-foot solar lamp post adds a formal, traditional look. And solar means: no electrical wiring and no disruptions to the installation site.

Constructed of high-grade die-cast aluminum with black powder coat finish, the Niles 3-Foot Solar Lamp Post is corrosion resistant, stands up to harsh weather, and is vandal-resistant.

The base also is constructed using die-cast aluminum and powder coat finish. The base flange has 3 mounting holes and a mounting hardware kit is included. The lamp's diffuser is a 5-inch diameter contoured clear UV-protected polycarbonate dome. These lights do not use glass so that they can withstand damage from wind-thrown dirt, sand and other debris as well as intentionally thrown objects.

Like all of our "Commercial Grade" solar lights, it is assembled at a factory in the USA, where it is set automatically for dusk-to-dawn operation. It also can be set to stay on for 10 hours.

A high performance 5 Watt mono-crystalline solar panel with photovoltaic modules can generate back-up power for cloudy days.
