The extra powerful 30 watt 24 volt Solar Marine/Boat Lift Charging Kit is a robust solution designed to charge DC boat lift systems using two 12 volt batteries in a 24 volt configuration.

no shipping fees 48 contiguous US_It is recommended for lift systems with capacities of up to 10,000 pounds, or for lighter boats frequently moved in and out of the water. It can also be used to charge other marine equipment, such as sailboat motors, when configured properly.

This system is sold alone or with either one dual universal tray or dual hanging tray for an additional charge of $80.00. It is designed for two 12 batteries used without parallel wiring. If you use two 12 batteries with parallel wiring, we recommend our 30W/12V charging kit.)

The 30 watt solar panel stores extra power in your batteries: meaning better performance for boat lifts or marine systems with high demand.

The extra solar panels also help power the boat lift during cloudy days because more stored but unspent power is available. (Note: all solar powered products do require sunshine. During periods of extended sunless days, the stored solar energy will likely be expended after two to three days depending on how many times the lift is used repeatedly.)

The 30 Watt 24 volt Solar Charger Kit Includes:

  • One (1) 30 watt, 24 volt high efficiency solar panel with anodized frame for superb rust-resistance
  • One (1) 24v 5A Solar Charge Regulator with LED Status Indicators: A solar charge regulator must be used with this system
  • 20 feet of Red-Black Color Coded 18 AWG Wire and Quick Connect system
  • One set of 3/8-inch Battery Connection Ring Terminals & Quick Connect
  • Mounting Arm Height, Bracket, & Hardware: a 3-foot mounting arm height comes standard
    - 4 and 6 foot mounting arms are also available at additional charges. When selecting pole height, you should consider any nearby objects (houses, trees, other boats or boat lift systems) that could cast a shadow over the solar panel and minimize its ability to absorb the largest possible amount of sunshine

Why Use a Solar Controller/Regulator?
The 30 watt / 24Volt solar panel provides to make sure your battery/batteries are ready for lifting needs, but a solar charging regulatator can prevent overcharging and damage to your battery, a possibility when the battery is not used for extended periods of time.

A solar regulator prevents excess solar power from reach the batteries and connected systems to prevent battery damage. The combination of a powerful 30 watt solar panel and the smart charge controller/regulator makes sure your ready to hit the water without worrying about weak or dead batteries. The smart controller has an advanced microprocessor that can boost charging performance by up to 50 percent.

In addition, you'll always know the status of the charge and battery through an easy to read LED indicator light, and always lets you know the status of the charge and the battery with a convenient LED indicator light.
