They're called solar shed lights, but these solar lights can also be used to illuminate barns, greenhouses, garages, carports and other outdoor structures. 

Solar shed lights are a convenient way to add lighting to structures difficult or impractical to access with electricity. No electricians needed, these are DIY installations! You simply set a solar panel on the roof or exterior wall of a structure, and then use the cord (included) to attach it to the solar light fixture inside. 

Some are designed specifically as shed lights and have on/off switches and many have "night lights" so you can find the switch easily.  Please note that many of our solar spot lights and solar flood lights can also be used as "shed lights" and are motion-activated. Most products use long-lasting LED bulbs, some models have CFLs.*

* Important Note: Do not use halogen flood lights or spotlights to light outdoor structures, as halogen bulbs tend to generate high levels of heat while operating and pose a fire hazard, particularly if anything such as chemicals or lawn mowers are stored. LEDs or CFLs provide great illumination, emit virtually no heat, are usually cool to the touch, and are therefore far safer options.
