SolarFlairLighting.com works hard to make your shopping experience a good one, before and after the sale. A significant portion of our sales from repeat customers, which says a lot about any store, particularly an online shop. 

It's not difficult to please customers when everything goes as it should. That's why most of our testimonials are from customers who had problems of some sort of another, but were happy enough to email us about their shopping experience and let us use their emails on this page. We thank all of our customers, especially those who took the time to email us and then gave permission to use their words and their photos.

The images sent from our customers are usually easy to spot. They aren't studio shots but real products in use all over the USA: New England, Washington State, Texas, New York and Hawaii.

These photos aren't as slick as professional photography: capturing light with a camera or taking pictures in strong sun is tricky. We hope these images give you a better sense of how some products work than studio shots and also how products can be used in ways that the manufacturers' photos don't show.

"We've ordered from Solar Flair Lighting three different times. In 2013, I ordered several solar mobiles / wind chimes with lights to use as Christmas gifts.

Within a half hour of my order, I got a call and an email saying not all the mobiles were available in the quantities I ordered, along with a list and photos of what was in stock and could arrive in time for the holiday.

Everything did arrive in time for the holidays. The mobiles were so popular that I returned for Christmas 2014. Being very busy, I again procrastinated and placed my order, waiting almost until the last day I knew it could arrive in time.

While most products were available in the amount I wanted, not all were; there wasn't enough of a couple of types.

Again, Solar Flair Lighting contacted me quickly with alternatives and also gave me a free upgrade to a more expensive product. And again, everything arrived in time and all friends and family who received them were really pleased.

I also purchased a Solar Barn Light for our shed. As pretty as it was online, it looks even better on our yard's shed.

Note: When a regular customer of SolarFlairLighting.com ordered a solar pump, we offered to install for her and asked her if we could videotape the installation. 

We'll soon post a detailed "How To Video" on YouTube that will show how we used our Head Pressure Calculator to make sure she selected the right size pump.

Even though the pond was small, the feature it hooked to was a bit tall and had lots of angles, which meant a stronger pump (10 watt) was needed to make pump properly pushed the water from the bottom of the pond and through the curved hole in the stone feature.

The customer returned just as we were cleaning up; the finished product and her comments are shown in the video below. Here's a bit from the thank you note she wrote.

"Thank you again for helping me get my pond's fountain working once again. I'm absolutely delighted with the new solar pump. The spray is better than with the electric one and I hear the water flowing inside the house, but not the electric pump. It's relaxing to hear the water and see the lights (not shown) at night.
