Our 10 Watt Solar Water Pump has a battery, an LED solar light, and is a powerful fountain with several options to add a simple fountain to your pond, to retrofit existing electric fountains, and to create small waterfalls.
It can spray water via the included fountain heads up to a spray to 82-inches tall (6.8 feet) and has a hydraulic head capacity (ability to move water through tubes or other conduits) of 6.5 feet when used with a half-inch (inside diameter) conduit.
Please use our Hydraulic Head Calculator to determine the best pump for your water feature. Questions: just call us at (866) 686-6903 or email info@SolarFlairLighting.com |
When considering your purchase, please remember that while you can reduce most flow rate with adjustable pumps, you can't get them to work beyond the maximum capacity. It's always best to select a pump slightly stronger/larger than you think you need.
Waterfalls can easily be created with this pump and it's strong enough to retrofit many existing water features, as shown in the video below.
This product comes with a control box with timer that lets you set it so that the pump can operate up to 4 hours without sun; a full solar charge is at least six hours per day. The pump will also operate directly off of the solar panel while the rechargeable batteries are charging (sunny days) and can be set so that the pump will run off of the solar panel and automatically default to back-up during cloud cover and for up to four hours of darkness.
No trenching for wires or plumbing, just set the solar panel in a sunny spot and you're good to go. If your pond doesn't get full sun but there is sunshine nearby, no problem: the pump comes with a 16-foot cord between the solar pump and the solar panel, and a 6-foot cable between the solar panel and the control unit. Extra cords are now available to extend the area between the pump and the panel to 32 feet.
