The Tan 2-Tier Arcade Solar Water Fountain with LED Solar Light not only will make a dramatic statement in your garden or on your terrace, it works when you want it to!
It's 45-inches high, 23-inches in diameter, and lets you decide when the fountain will operate, even at night or during cloudy weather. It has the rich look of stone or ceramic but is made of easy-to-maintain and lightweight resin.
Solar water fountains without batteries only work when the sun shines directly on the solar panel. The Tan 2-Tier Arcade Fountain's rechargeable batteries store the sun's energy while the panel also powers the pump. (Also available in white.)
Let the fountain work automatically or use its on/off switch to allow the fountain to work at night or when it's cloudy.
Note: the solar light will only work when it is dark, as it has a sensor that that turns the light on when it detects darkness.
This lovely fountain lets you have consistence performance using the battery's stored solar power. A 16-foot cord between the fountain and the solar panel allows you to place the fountain in shady areas, for lots of flexibility. The LED light sits in the water of the large fountain basin.
A hidden reservoir also hides the solar pump, so water continuously recycles when the fountain is on. The battery can store up to six hours of power, in addition to working while the battery absorbs the sun's energy.
One to 2 sunny days will fully charge the battery. Before using the fountain, you should let the battery charge with the fountain in the "off" condition for best results, as is the case with most solar products.
This great unit includes a timer that lets you turn on the pump to run for four hours. It then will turn itself off to save power. (If this option is used, you will need to manually turn the pump on to restart the fountain.
Easy, DIY installation: no wiring, no plumbing, just set the fountain and its solar panel and enjoy the peaceful sounds of trickling water.
The fountain is durably constructed with a lightweight resin, so moving the fountain is easy. Note that each fountain may vary slightly in color; no two are exactly the same color.
The batteries generally last between 12 and 18 months depending on how often you use the fountain. If you begin seeing diminished performance, try to shut the fountain off for two days to let the battery fully charge.
If this does not improve the performance, the batteries should be replaced. When doing so, take the existing batteries to a home center or hardware store and make sure that the replacement batteries are the same type and strength as what comes with the fountain
