The Modern Cascading Bowls Solar Fountain has a distinctive flair that will make a great statement in your outdoor living area. Use it in gardens, as a landscape focal point, or on decks, balconies or terraces.
It stands 28-inches tall, and has a faux stone finish in a deep charcoal color that will accent many decors and stand out among blooming plants and foliage of all colors.
While it is a solar fountain, birds will be attracted to the style of two separate bowls through which water continuously circulates with a relaxing and gentle trickling sound.
Birds can perch on the top bowl, using it as a watering station while plunging into the deeper middle bowl. Small LED lights add a subtle glow at night, shining at the very top of the upper basin. These lights will automatically work at night only.
Flexibility for You:
Special features make this fountain extra versatile:
The solar fountain can be placed in shaded or covered areas and work perfectly. The solar panel can be placed up to 16-feet away from the fountain's pump via a 16-foot cordSolar-on-Demand means you choose how it operates.
Let it run directly off of the solar panel when it's sunny, or turn it on and let it run for up to four (4) hours when it's cloudy or dark using solar energy saved in a rechargeable batteries. An electric battery charger is available as an option.
If there are several cloudy days in a row, just unplug the solar panel and plug it into a standard electric outlet to charge the batteries.
Though has a stone-like look, it's made of durable, lightweight and easy to maintain polyresin that makes it easy to install, easy to move, and easy to store.
Dry Pump Protection:
This is one of the few solar water fountains that uses dry run protection technology. Simply put: the fountain automatically turns itself off is water levels are low, protecting the pump from damage. Most other outdoor solar and electric pumps can burn out if they operate with insufficient water levels.
Solar Vs. On-Demand Modes:
When the pump is "off," it operates directly off of the solar panel and requires direct sunshine. When it is turned "on," it operates for up to 4 hours on solar energy stored in the rechargeable battery pack. When the battery runs out of power, the fountain switches back to working off of direct sun via the solar panel.
The fountain can operate daily using battery technology for consistent performance, or leave your fountain off and save the charged batteries for when you want the light, such as at night or during cloudy weather.
