The
Country Gardens 2-Tier Solar Fountain and Birdbath
has two tiers and a battery that stores energy gathered by the solar panel to power a 6 Volt solar pump. The fountain works in direct sunlight and for six hours during overcast weather or at night on energy stored in the battery.
With a faux unglazed white ceramic appearance and a dragonfly hovers on the base of the fountain, and two turtles sit on the rim of the basin. Constructed of a lightweight but durable resin, it has a faux weathered stone finish.
While many solar fountains only work when the sunlight is directly on the solar panel, the Country Gardens 2-Tier Solar Fountain is an "on-demand," working when sunlight is on the panel or on stored energy in the battery.
Water is stored within a hidden reservoir storing 2.5 gallons of water, so no plumbing or hoses are needed either. Water flows through the top center spout, and babbles over the two tiers, returning the reservoir and continuously circulating.
